Ryan Olson - Senior Pastor

Pastor Ryan Olson

Ezekiel 36:26 “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”

Words cannot express how the Lord has blessed my family and me. I met my wife Sarah at Crown College where we both graduated, (1999 & 2000 respectively). We have 4 fabulous children and one less than fabulous dog. We have also flushed 8 or more pet fish over the years. After graduating from Crown College in 1999, I was hired as the Student Ministries Pastor here at Alliance Church, where I served through 2015. I transitioned into the lead role in 2016. The Lord continues to reveal his grace and love in my life through both blessings and hardships. I have come to understand his love greater with the birth of each of my four children, the marriage to my incredible wife and through this wonderful local body of believers. The Lord is constantly doing a transformational work within me, which I then strive to teach and speak out of my own transformation. It is my hope that anyone who attends Alliance Church, will see lives in which God has taken from them a “Heart of Stone,” and replaced it with a “Heart of Flesh.”

Chris Secor - Youth Pastor

Pastor Chris Secor

My passion for youth stems from Matthew 25:15

Hello, my name is Chris Secor and I'm the youth pastor here at Alliance Church. I hail from Monticello, Minnesota, just down the road. I married my awesome wife, Paige, when we were 19 and 20. I'll let you guess who the teenager was! I also have a little boy named Roy, he makes the Secor house feel like a zoo and I love it. I am a Vikings fan, but definitely not a Twins fan... go Red Sox!

I love youth ministry and investing into this next generation. I believe Jesus wants to use people with the gifts he's entrusted them with to build his kingdom and students have a special place in that process.

Stop by my office sometime and say hi, I'd love to meet you! I also love chocolate chip cookies and French silk pie blizzards.

Dawn Stumpf - Church Secretary

Dawn Stumpf

Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV)
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

I have been the secretary at Alliance Church since October 31, 2005.

I am married to Tom and we have three children, Kristen, Jenn, and Matt.

Joetta Mclean - Director of Children & Family Ministry

Joetta McLean

Greetings! My name is Joetta McLean.

I grew up in small northwestern Minnesota town by the name of Stephen. I am the 3rd of 4 girls. I'm not sure at what point your sisters go from being your #1 enemy to your best friends but it happens. My husband, Kevin and I started our journey together as high school sweethearts. I needed a prom date and he had a Mustang. The rest is history. We have a memorable anniversary date of 6-5-04. We are both NDSU alumni and Bison fans! I have a degree in Children and Family Science as well as an RN BSN nursing degree, both from NDSU. We moved to Little Falls in the summer of 2012 from Fargo, ND. At this time, I stay home with our two rapidly growing boys, Broeden and Brekken.

One reason we chose Little Falls Alliance as our home church was because of its family feel. Its members care about each other and take an interest in our children and what is going on in their lives. As the Children and Family Ministries Director here at Alliance, I know that volunteers are a huge part of our ministry. It takes a whole congregation to raise a child up in the Lord and we do have amazing members and followers of Christ. I also feel it is important to offer opportunities for our members to come together to connect and at times serve our community. A congregation that knows each other and cares for one another is important to me. Our Heavenly Father has plans for us and we are his instruments in accomplishing those plans.
